Covid Policy

  1. Covid policy With M Limited acknowledges the ongoing Covid-19 situation, and wants to reassure all of our clients of our intention to keep everyone as safe as possible, and ensure we have procedures in place and Covid specific cancellation policies for your peace of mind.

    With M Limited is working with all partners, suppliers, coaches and guides to deliver a safe Experience environment.

    • Every experience will have measures in place to keep guests as safe as possible. There will be sanitiser and hand washing facilities available and social distancing measures will be adhered to according to the legislation at that time.
    • Prevailing legislation relating to the wearing of face masks will be observed. In the absence of such legislation, the wearing of masks will be a matter o individual personal choice.
    • Communal areas will be cleaned on a regular basis
    • With M politely requests all clients and guests to do their bit and enjoy high levels of personal hygiene.
    • Accommodation providers will have their own deep cleaning procedures in place for in-between stays and many have taken on extra cleaning staff to do so.
    • We ask all guests to let us know prior to their Experience if they may have been in contact with Covid within 14 days of the arrival date. If this is the case, we would ask you not to attend.
    • Payments will be refunded only if the Experience has to be cancelled due to a Covid-related lockdown. We would also give the option to move to an alternative date, or receive a credit note. If the Experience can still operate safely under government guidelines, we will not be able to offer refunds for any guests who are restricted in local lockdowns or if they test positive for Covid prior to the retreat or have to self-isolate for a period of time. As per our terms and conditions, we request all guests have comprehensive medical and personal accident insurance cover, we also recommend you take out travel insurance to cover your Experience and any Covid-related disruption.
    • Our accommodation is on a shared basis. Please contact us to discuss single occupancy should you require it. If single accommodation is available there will be a single supplement to cover this.
    • Our regular terms and conditions apply outside of these special circumstances.
